Pros

team building, diversity, lots of women leaders and development for women, people are pretty smart and supportive and have great personalities, great tech support, opportunity to choose your own specialization/career path, masters degree program, family-oriented

Cons

work distribution is terrible (they give a select few an exorbitant amount of work while others are sitting around sending out "looking for work" emails every day - and then subsequently judge you on your performance when you've been given little to perform on), they might corner you into a niche group and not give you an opportunity to grow/work with others

The SALT service line of this firm is a joke, they don't have simple tools to support the tax preparers on the team. The management is disorganized and they will blame you for their own disfunction. There is a partner who thinks that the best way to use their status in the team is to get people fired
