Pros
Pay, yearly opportunities to move up and get a raise. Really good if you’re interested in accounting and like to learn on your own with minimal help or guidance.
Cons
Communication, organization, each office is autonomous and different managers want different things without telling you. Training is not good or consistent throughout the company. You have budgets per client and if you go over budget you’ll either hear “it’s okay you’re learning” or “why did you spend so much time on this without asking” and also “figure it out as much as you can on your own without asking” when the training wasn’t good to begin with. They’ll lend you to other offices to help with their projects, but they’ll have a completely different way of doing things and say “they didn’t train you on this?” as if you should know how to work with someone for the first time in autonomous work environment already.
