-The work environment is extremely toxic, you are praised and encouraged to taddle tale on others, you can even make stuff up and that other person will get in trouble without even being asked if true. Accuse, Accuse, Accuse. Similar to the Salem witch trials. - The pay is really not great. - You will be suckered into doing way more tasks than what you were hired for and when you ask for a raise or promotion, you'll be denied. - Supervisors and managers are ONLY put in their positions due to seniority with the company, not because they are leaders. - If you want to take any of that precious time off that you have worked for, you WILL be looked down upon and bullied by your supervisor. - If you try to professionally speak out to a supervisor or an area manager about something you see thats wrong or could change, your relationship will forever change, not the issue. You will be bullied, you will be looked down upon, they will send you home crying every single day.
