      Ultra utilization driven. Not enough time and dollars invested to implement needed changes at the local level as the company continues to grow.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
