Pros
Good company culture, hard workers, friendly atmosphere, many people willing to help you with your work, events/talks set up for young professionals/interns throughout the summer.
Cons
I was never given any real substantial design work; the majority of the work was drafting and inputting markups into computer models. It was often hard to feel as though I was really learning a lot by doing.
