      Good depth and breadth of experience. Good office location (even after recent move) on the periphery of DC Good stock performance and sharing program Good working environment Wonderful lifestyle feel in the locality surrounding the office

      Tough to advance Tough to shift into management Top-down management structure No way to review your own manager without a feel of going behind his/her back

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.
