Pros
Good culture, large company allows multiple offices to come together to work an extremely large and complex projects. Talant can be drawn company wide to achieve top-notch product delivery.The sharing of work between offices helps to deal with the ebb and tide of wolkload. Good corporate standards create a consistency across the company. The mannagement seems to be prettty open, honest and transparent.
Cons
As can be expected, there is less flexibilty due to large corporate standardization. Projects are often taken away from smaller offices to feed the larger ones.
