Business Outlook
Pros
Each office is unique and has their own culture. Even though it's grown from a small size to medium size company it has kept it's small company feel. The culture in each office brings out the best of the staff located there. Great benefits and competitive pay.
Cons
Benefits package could be a little better when it comes to certain medical procedures and exclusions. Some things that are covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield by default are excluded by HDR per their policy which is very unfortunate.
