Pros
Solid company. I haven't met very many people who have not been anything but pleasant and helpful. Work is consistent and steady. Upper management tries to communicate with staff via conference calls regularly. Industry standard benefits.
Cons
As with any large company there are the occasional gripes with policies and procedures. Easy to feel lost in the system on occasion. Confusing career development options.
