Pros
Company is very focused on quality and staying in touch with the employees. They release the earnings every year so you can stay in the know on how HDR is doing. My office in particular is very laid back, probably because we have success in design-build projects and have large budgets.
Cons
Seem to not value you a lot until you've been with the firm for a long time. There is no set raise policy, so you just have to rely that they will catch you up to the industry standard.
