      Compared to a lot of other AE places, its at least much more understanding of communication here. Clear job security and ways to invest back into the company

      Bigger company means slower moving projects and change.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
