Employee owned gives some relief from profit driven requirements of most publicly traded firms
Cons
Management gives very unequal support to their employees. If you’re a PEng who actually seals your own design work, be prepared to valued far below the planners who have much greater client interaction. The Canadian operation is not the company for you if you are anyone except a planner.
