      Really collaborative, caring culture all across the board. Very dedicated and hardworking professionals in every work group. Leadership that truly cares about you and the culture they are creating. Generous benefits and wellness programs.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is sometimes difficult with lots of deadlines and competing demands, but there is a lot of flexibility and trust from leadership, so it's usually manageable. Everyone is always willing to pitch in and help if you need it.

      Pros

      Close knit group, even though the number of engineers is in the hundreds. The company is very well managed. Lots of engineers with long tenures with the company and vast experience. There's a reason for that! Making efforts to be cutting-edge in design, tools, and approach.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Working in a satellite office has its drawbacks.
