Thank you for offering such thoughtful and constructive feedback. I appreciate you recognizing the strength of our operational support, systems, accountability, and executive communication. You’re also right that raising standards and moving quickly within a structured environment can bring intensity. That balance is something we’re always mindful of. Your advice about mastering the fundamentals, acting with urgency, holding people accountable the right way, and staying visible and engaged really resonates. Those are habits that shape strong leaders, and it means a lot to see them reinforced. If you ever have thoughts or suggestions, I’d appreciate hearing from you at jonathanb@hhs1.com. Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
