Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that you’ve found the work meaningful and collaborative, and that it’s had a positive impact. We also take your concerns seriously. Feeling overwhelmed or unsupported is not the experience we aim to create, and feedback around pay, workload, and environment is important as we continue to improve. We appreciate you taking the time to share both your perspective and advice. If you would like to provide more information, please call the OneTeam Helpline at 800-229-2028 or feel free to reach out to me directly at jonathanb@hhs1.com Jonathan Beveridge HHS COO, Healthcare Division

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
