Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

Get rid of Training center in Houston. The guy that teaches there is the reason the turnover rate is so bad with the company. Before I even traveled to Houston for the training, my bosses had warned me about the guy the runs the training class in Houston. They say he has fired many of people on the 1st week, before they even start at the Hospital . Can you imagine, getting a job and your family being so happy for you. You then fly out to Houston the same week, and you get fired on the 3rd or 4th day, before you even get a paycheck. Now you have to go home and wonder how you are gonna provide for your family ! The man that teaches there practices and brags on firing people the first week, canceling their hotel stay, and then sending you home embarassed on an earlier flight. He is very cold hearted, and has no compassion, and fires people on the grounds that he doesnt like them, or how they look. While others there didnt pass the academic and hands on training, and those he will pass and keep them there if they are laughing at his jokes and kissing up to him. The company has gave way too much power to this one man, and the owner knows about this. I have emailed the owner and he constantly lets the trainer get away with this. The owner even CC'D the Ceo and he did nothing about it. They lied and said they would investigate but said it just to brush me off. Please do yourself a favor and do not get with this demonic company because they set you up to ruin your life, with tens of 1st week termination. Their turnover rate in the first 10 days of pay is record breaking horrible !!

It’s important to us that all training processes support a positive and consistent experience that reflects our company values. All employment separations are conducted following established procedures. I have made HR aware of your concerns but if you would like to provide additional information you can call the HHS OneTeam Helpline at 800-229-2028 or email me directly at jonathanb@hhs1.com. Thank you, Jonathan Beveridge HHS COO, Healthcare Division

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
