Crazy residents, corporate office drags their feet on making decisions, upper management does not listen to its employees, employee discounts are not large enough to make a difference, no commission, older properties get less than new, upper management takes the side of the resident and makes you feel like you don't know how to do your job, constantly changing policies and procedures, changes made do not make job easier, only more time consuming.
