Pros

Great local company with an amazing culture! I've worked with HILLS for three years and haven't gotten tired of it yet. They reward experience and skills with internal promotions, they back their employees 100%, and their training is second to none. I feel I've grown tremendously in the time I've worked with the company.

Cons

Pay is middle of the road (not the best or the worst). Dress code is a little stuffy, but it serves a purpose.
