Flexible work schedule, no micromanaging in my department, easy to take long lunches or log on later or leave earlier when needed without permission. My
Cons
The company has a history of discriminating against minorities and people with disabilities. Leadership is not receptive to their own employees, and is out of touch with the contemporary world. As an LGBTQ+ individual, I do not always feel safe or welcomed working for this company. Fortunately with WFH, it's been a little better, but the pay is so low. Employees have been leaving in masses the last year or so, and for good reason. If you actually want to help the people and the community, this is not the organization for you.
