Pros
None, this place is extremely toxic. NO matter what you do, you will never be good enough. Have great ideas to share that could help your team or company? Well don't because you will only be reprimanded when you bring them up. They just want you to sit there and shut up and push the papers, faster and faster since all your co workers are leaving.
Cons
This company will drain the life out of you, beat you into submission then treat you like a number that doesn't matter. They don't care that their long time talent is fleeing in droves. My direct manager is a mean bully in the work place with absolutely 0 leadership skills or even a clue. Its all the good ol boys club and not what you know but who you know.
