Pros

I get to work in a small room, with no help, and tell customers what I THINK they should do.

Cons

Management does not acknowledge when co-workers on their team are being picked on and are very narrow-minded in dealing with the obvious issues. Nobody in upper management addresses any issues and favor those who have been there long time. Name calling and ganging up on new people including temps is on going but constantly dismissed. what do I mean? I mean, that some of the men will call one of the female workers names that should be outlawed. Nobody listens when there is a legitimate complaint about the work environment, everyone there sticks together and complains about when a necessary change needs to be made in work relations...how to interact with othrr coworkers without being hypocritical, disrespectful, rude, complacent, and flat out condescending.

Pros

Flexible work schedule working from home is an option

Cons

No standard training, they fail to train you and then when mistakes happen they act like it is your fault when you were never given direction to complete task, it is blown off by management as human error on trainers part but you are shamed for it, management got to that seat by being there since HS uneducated and untrained as managers, managers afraid of conflict, HUGE discrimination issue. If you are not Polynesian don’t work here you will be outcast, the pay is TERRIBLE. Don’t waste your time and energy go work at COSTCO or Walmart and make more money with less headache.
