Pros
The pay and benefits were good. And most of my co-workers were helpful and supportive during my time there.
Cons
The management for the department was not very good. I was in a position below managers and above call center representatives. I did not previously come from an insurance or call center industry and so I felt very judged by both managers and representatives below me. It was a toxic environment where I felt I was always being watched and talked about. I heard from friends other departments were better but this department in particular is looked down upon.
