Pros
somewhat flexible schedules and location, great people to work with, has a garden and a gym in the building.
Cons
Lack of clear career path, lower-than-average pay, unstable department organization. Employee benefit getting cut each year while the executives got raise on top of their million dollar salaries regardless of company's performance. Some management(managers) can be pretty bad.
