      Pros

      Pretty good people to work with. Was a good place to work 10 years ago

      Cons

      Management needs to step it up. Many projects are started and never finished or rushed and end up inadequate. They will hire anyone, half the new employees cant speak English which makes training and communicating difficult. Limited advancement without a degree.
