Well established, well respected in the business, competent and friendly employees, good compensations, the company adopts innovations in design and project management, you can skip stairs easily if you show your talent.
Cons
Bad strategic planning and risk managements, opened multiple offices in some states then struggled and quickly closed them which resulted in lots of layoffs, hard to climb up the ladder.
