Pros
Most of the people were very nice. The manager in charge of most of the shop floor is very good with people. Has good flexibility with hours.
Cons
Low wages. No room for growth. No raises for many employees for years. Low employee morale. Upper management seems to be out of touch. Group leader in charge of the harness department is a tyrant, talks down to people regularly, and shows little respect to anyone. Everyone seems to know it and nothing is done about it.
