Pros
Good health plan, very good employer match for 401K, fair to good entry level employer for 1st step in career path.
Cons
Remarkably disconnected business strategies (sometimes non-existent) within and across market / business segments. Continuous disorganization and lack of stability in aftermarket service. Continuous push to do more with less, expecting higher profitability. Company is still not globally aligned, and is transitioning away from being a technology leader to a sales driven organization. Salary starts out OK, but does not keep pace with experience gained. A 10 year man is already behind the curve by quite a bit.
