The management team is made up of a bunch of old white dudes that talk down to us cause we black, asian and hispanics. The work is easy but the managers real rude specially the ones who been here forever. Top managers are promoted cause they been at the company a long time (too long) or cause they someones buddy but they don't know how to do the job. Hiring is done in bulk and then fired in bulk. A lot of selective enforcement. What is expected of the plant workers is forgiven of the office employees. The plant employees can't afford to get sick. They get points. But the office employees can "work" from home. Lots of favoritism too for "top producers" even if they nightmares to work with. Very protected by top management. 95% of business from one client. It's too risky. The safety department is completely lost. They just good at handing out boot vouchers. But ask them to do an investigation on a recurring safety issue with a machine and see if anything gets done. Don't hold your breathe. It ain't gonna get fixed then they point fingers in a circle. Your title gonna change a lot and no job description but then you gotta be psychic about your responsibilities. Let me not even get started on the payroll issues every single pay check. But don't bother to tell HR cause they dont know what they doing. They tell the president everything and they buddy buddy with all the top managers. The hr and president will just tell the managers all your business when the president isnt busy buying his popularity.
