I worked with Hoerbiger for 5+ years in Cad Customization Team. - Good company for freshers who need a platform to start and for someone who wants to retire. -Experienced good work life balance within my team. I had a good manager and very supportive seniors within my team. New ideas were welcomed. - Job Security.
Cons
- Not good company for someone who wants to grow in software development field. - Salaries are not as per market standard. Someone who joins as a fresher later than you can get more salary than you. Salary increments are not on the merit basis but on favoritism basis. Due to which salary gaps were observed. - Standard IT processes and ceremonies for software development are not up to the mark. - HR and management are inefficient and not ethical. - Management is not transparent. Politics and partialities between different teams were observed. - Engineering and IT groups are not separate and sits in same office. So company environment is not as per IT culture.
