      Long hours, sometimes required overtime, with less experience you won’t be paid as much as the other guys (understandable)

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
