      There is a Values Based Culture that the company prides itself on. If you follow the principles of that training you will find that despite many differing views coming together can work harmoniously. The ones who choose to go against the grain often do not last long within the company.

      Cons

      There are long hours and dealing with Cat as a vendor can be stressful at times

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
