Full benefits(401k, health, dental, vision), multiple holidays off as well as Black Friday, well established company
Cons
Pay they pay atleast 20% less than the competition and have no employee retention, disconnect from corporate and low level employees, NO room for advancement, people left from Darr days stick and won't move if they do get the opportunity to move up, would usually hire from outside then to promote and train as other companies do
