      Honest and well meaning co-workers, challenging problems, reasonable work life balance, great health benefits

      Cons

      Lower than market pay, low amount of holidays and vacation, seem to be unwilling to make the necessary investments in technology

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
