      Pros

      On behalf of my friend who will remain anonymous...I guess the only pro is that this employee gets a paycheck ever week. Not much more to elaborate on this.

      Cons

      Where shall I begin? Lack of organization when it comes to creating routes, management plays favorites, as others have said, no work/life balance, management doesn't treat their drivers fairly, equipment is not reliable, lack of concern for drivers' well being,

      Pros

      Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

      Cons

      The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.

      Pros

      High pay, 140k in 2025 working 5 11 hour days on average per week.Newer equipment, benefits.

      Cons

      Salary pay 50 hours in 4 days on average. Mandatory overtime which has been 3 weeks of the month for the past 2 years. 3AM start time on average. There’s a camera pointing at you all day in the cab.
