Pros

Flexible work arrangements make it easier to balance personal and professional life. Strong teamwork culture—most colleagues are collaborative and willing to help. The compensation is competitive, and the company offers a solid tech infrastructure that supports productivity and remote work.

Cons

Job security is a real concern—decisions often prioritize profit over people. Long-term employees with deep experience can be let go without much consideration if cost-cutting is needed. There's been a noticeable shift in leadership, with many new managers unfamiliar with HP’s legacy culture. Depending on the team, this can lead to fresh perspectives—or a disconnect that undermines what once made the company unique.

Pros

Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

Cons

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
