      Pros

      Work from home position with relatively generous flexibility. Dependable bonuses each year. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Coworker expiriences really depend on which team they are on. There are some teams that struggle to find things to do, others that have plenty, some that are overloaded and others that depend on the season. As with any financial keeping people on the phones for customer service is a struggle.

      Good pay. After Tax season it's very easy.

      Cons

      Technical Difficulties during training. Teams never worked and often used my personal computer for meetings.

      Pros

      The benefits are decent. They have a good amount of resources if you need them. Good amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Implementation of software is horrible to put it nicely. Constantly understaffed with mostly incompetent lower management. Inflexible schedules. May be near impossible to get time off based on team you're on It's the very definition of a toxic workplace.
