Good pay for the amount of work that's expected, very little micro managing
Cons
Lack of cross department communication, no one seems to know who to speak to or what to do if something goes wrong, out dated systems, drowning in corporate jargon, lack of any kind of management and almost 0 focus of employee wellbeing/ social activities, no chance of promotion.
