Pros
Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home. Relaxed office atmosphere. Salary seems to be not as competitive as competitors but they do provide yearly cash bonuses.
Cons
Management structure is not organized; there are managers in charge of departments that have no experience in that specific department. The company lacks an onboarding or training programs for new hires; there are systems that nobody is familiar or comfortable using.
