Pros
Large agency and room to work your way up from the bottom to the top. Room to move around within the company. Flexiable work schedule/hours and they're NOT micro managers at all.
Cons
Not being a micro manager means that if you're a hard worker and your other coworkers are not then that doesn't matter and will not be noticed. Every employee except management is treated as replaceable. They do not appreciate or know your worth. They do not have concern for their employees health as they will just replace you and move on. It is so far from a team environment and the feel within the office is tense constantly. Regarding salary you will never get paid what you deserve. I interviewed at two places following my emploement and was offered almost double my pay at hub each time. I'm told by new coworkers that have interviewed at HUB that when HUB asks them what there preferred salary is and the HR women will almost laugh in their face with what they request. That's nice.
