HUB takes all feedback seriously and is always seeking ways to improve its work environment. HUB’s benefits package is carefully designed to ensure we are providing good benefits at a reasonable cost and follow all local/federal guidelines. Our pay and benefits are fair based on market studies. We are proud to foster an environment where professional growth is encouraged and supported. Career progression is based on a number of factors including skill, position availability and company/individual performance. All new hires are provided with an overview of Company policies/procedures by their manager and participate in a benefits webinar facilitated by Regional HR. Our offices are business casual as an added benefit, but client meetings may require more business-like attire, at times. HUB believes in creating an environment where employees can succeed and includes structured training (usually 2 weeks, or so, depending on the office and position) as well as shadowing co-workers. Additionally, employee opinions matter and are valued. Local management is available to address concerns and Regional HR is always available as an alternative. The Company provides an annual employee engagement survey to solicit additional information about the work environment at HUB and to share ideas on how to improve.
