Pros

Training is paid for, and is 5-6 weeks long (including getting your RIBO). Additional training occurs further into the role. People you work with are always helpful.

Cons

Stressful job, workflows are always changing, constantly dealing with customers angry about rate increases. Not worth the money that is given. Commission is 1% of premium, but they'll push to you sell another line of business.

Pros

It is close to where I live and you can work remote 2 days a week.

Cons

You can't work remote full time, the management "team" is horrific. They mini mini manage every little thing you do. The management teams are not qualified to manage insurance account managers because they don't have any experience. The people there are very clicky
