Pros
Continuing insurance education is encouraged and paid for by company. Room to grow and move up in company. Good company culture and fun work environment. Flexible schedule with good work life balance.
Cons
Training in office is practically non-existent. You have to figure almost everything out by yourself which can be frustrating. Coaching from a manager is almost non-existant as well. Hub throws new hires into the deep end. In order to succeed you have to want it and be willing to pave your own way and not be afraid to network. Pay isn't great.
