Pros

None, really. I thought I might have something nice to say until they gave me $120 for 40hrs of work.

Cons

You can get better pay from places with better benefits and better employee support. I wound up going to Chewy. You take more calls but have far more support and your base pay STARTS at $15 with regular raises. They are also far more considerate of anxiety, ADHD, etc... in other words, if you are neurodivergent in the slightest, this company is not for you. The HR team said they would give my fiance ADA paperwork for their chronic migraines, and they never did. They waited 4 months for this paperwork that would prevent them from being wrongfully written up for having to take an hour or two to clock in to let meds kick in for their migraines. They always made up the time, but were still written up for it.

I do not recommend working in corporate for HUB, especially in TechOps. Based on my experience, the culture in that area was extremely unhealthy. I saw repeated issues with senior leadership communication, decision-making, accountability, and how employees were treated and concerns handled. Additionally, in my view, HR did not provide meaningful support when employee concerns were raised, completely downplaying the concerns at times. Employees often had to work around confusing or poor leadership decisions instead of being supported by clear direction. I also witnessed senior leadership not tolerating feedback from their employees in a healthy manor. The result was a toxic work environment where many very strong employees have left over the past year.
