Great projects (if they actually get completed correctly)! Exposure to the lay of the land, familiarity with high profile clients. Amazing account managers, met some of the best hardworking people here!
Cons
If you are interested in working here, trust that it may look great on the outside but it is truly not worth the low pay or fear induced environment. Despite the facade of a well-oiled company, the internal working infrastructure feels much more akin to a start up. The following will support my argument: -Account Executives treat employees as though they should be grateful to work there, not the other way around, and let you know. Also treat you as they own you—consistent work through lunch, late night& early am work, weekend work, with inability to be available on your personal time. -Projects filled with unnecessary roadblocks, poor organization, E&O’s— so you really never see your hard work come to fruition. -Poor leadership, lip service only and blatant favoritism. -Unclear guidelines as to what your role is, expected to ALWAYS go above and beyond no matter what, even though they don’t go beyond for you. -Even in a senior position, you are made to do things an intern do, no trust to delegate tasks. -Account Executives do not know basic computer skills, expect you to complete task in very short amount of time, without knowing how long it takes, because of their lack of knowledge. -Extremely disorganized environment, rampant nepotism leading to inexperience, unqualified workforce. Leaders & Account Exec’s too prideful to get any sort of guidance from their own experience staff. -Account Executives are extremely critical and do not nurture growth—NO room for error. Super micro-managers and unable to relinquish control. -Toxic and fear filled environment - turnover rate extremely high, 2 years = 3 people quit. -Non-diverse. ALL Hispanic women in non-senior positions and paid MUCH lower salaries than the men…usually for equal or more work, with loads of pressure.
