HUB International has been the most disappointing employer of my career. Throughout my time here, there was a consistent lack of support from leadership. Issues were frequently ignored or passed off to others, with no one taking accountability. This culture of avoidance extended to how clients were treated, customer needs were often sidelined in favor of profit or convenience to the managers, and it was disheartening to watch.
The company is driven solely by stakeholder interests, with little to no regard for the quality of service delivered to clients. Any feedback or concerns were either dismissed or brushed under the rug. Morale is low, and burnout is high. It's clear the priority is revenue, not people.
