Pros

supportive team can work independently at most time almost no dramas, that would be an escape for ppl who getting sick with office politics things or toxics but you have to able to play smart when you are new, try to leave positive impressions in management's mind, and you will be fine. if not, then good luck, but still, compared to the real toxics, this is totally fine, and good, i would say

Cons

limited base pay though, but heard about they rise quite a lot when hiring new ppl, then already competitive pay for new graduates with limited working experiences only if you are able to sell, money will be good, if not, then maybe just not right fit and sometimes longers hours especially if you are new to the team, will be lots of 12-8pm schedules, and when some crazy dealership would not let client go, try so hard to close the deal, you have to be standby and wait there until they are done, sometimes maybe late at night....but you will get OT extra pay anyways, and have to say somepeople love that part due to the extra pay, not me though

Pros

Remote work, health insurance benefits.

Cons

I do not recommend working in corporate for HUB, especially in TechOps. Based on my experience, the culture in that area was extremely unhealthy. I saw repeated issues with senior leadership communication, decision-making, accountability, and how employees were treated and concerns handled. Additionally, in my view, HR did not provide meaningful support when employee concerns were raised, completely downplaying the concerns at times. Employees often had to work around confusing or poor leadership decisions instead of being supported by clear direction. I also witnessed senior leadership not tolerating feedback from their employees in a healthy manor. The result was a toxic work environment where many very strong employees have left over the past year.
