Pros

Fairly small company and can talk directly to owner.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and an extremely poorly managed web platform that didn't even have the code in a repo... Zero established norms or dev ops. Owner seems to be friends with IT manager and doesn't have a clue how inexperienced they are...

- High growth company - Focus on profitability and smart investment has created a stable environment, which is important to me in the current market - I like the people I work with, it’s team oriented, and the environment is collaborative - Overall, a good work/life balance

Cons

- HVAC isn’t the most interesting or creative products to sell as a marketer - The industry and competitive landscape is always shifting so we need to be good problem solvers and resilient to change to stay ahead
