Stop the Mutual Spying done by IT & HR groups to sooth Management Paranoia - Anonymous employee HYDAC Employee Review

Too many to list but top 3 would be 1) fire the IT dept, especially the "IT Infra Supervisor" staff who try to act cool like everyone's friend but then sneak around and spy on what work you do on the computer. When caught red-handed and the attitude is "Just doing my job" excuse Heard a few years ago one of this group actually planted evidence. Very untrustworthy group 2) Persons running HR / Operations seems hell-bent to become a more senior person he/she did not care whose back, toes, or feelings she stepped on. 3) Flush senior management - no filter big enuf to remove all the brown sludge in the barrel
