      Pros

      Work in Germany, not in the USA. Germany has things together.

      Cons

      Doesn't matter your position upper management will get involved. Everything is micro-managed and a fire drill. Will push you to work hard but not value your time nor compensate you for hard work. Lack any good HR. HR takes weeks to respond if they decide to respond. Wage range is below the market.

      Great environment, allows one to spearhead any projects that may benefit the company. Allows one to grow!
