Pros
Nice and knowledgeable people to work with. They tend to weed out the "bad apples" that start trouble and/or drama. Certain parts of the company seem to be growing at a substantial rate.
Cons
NO organized training to speak of. Employees seem to be thrown into the fire immediately even if they don't know what to do and results EXPECTED. If you don't already know what to do, then you'd better figure it out by any means necessary. No opportunities for advancement, even if an employee is thoroughly knowledgable in a particular area and has been doing the job anyway, their mindset seems to be "someone from the outside can come in and do it better than the employees we have." Benefits are decent, except for PTO/Vacation time. Company takes PTO time away for "Mandatory" days off (Christmas/New Years, etc.) Must work 2 full calendar years to get 3 weeks off, then wait until 10 years to get an extra week. Company provides 401k, but without matching (they can contribute up to 3% per year if they decide to do so). Also, it takes 6 years to be vested in any money they contribute to your 401k.
